Why we chose to switch from .com to .co.uk

Hey guys, 

welcome to my first little blog. People like to know the ins and outs, and the deeper thoughts, to get that real sense of community, so I thought I'd at least give it a try since I'm so terrible at social media.

I thought my first blog could be my explanation as to why I've decided to change the website from .com, to co.uk ...

Firstly, I wanted to change the online shop to shopify to make it easier for people to navigate since that is the main e-commerce tool these days. Everyone is familiar with shopify as most companies tend to use their default layouts.

I also wanted customers to know that we are UK based, so when we explain we are handmade, they know they are getting a bespoke quality item, made to order, here in the UK. That may also help explain the price of our harnesses, as the construction is not outsourced to China like many of the UK leading harness companies today.
